1. All merchandise will be inspected prior to shipping. In the event that the wrong item was mailed, please send pictures as proof via text and or email. We will send you a return label. Do not wear the item.  Please mail the item back as soon as possible, but no later than one week from your delivery date.  Once we receive the item back we will mail you the correct item. Any item arriving after 7 days from your date of delivery will not be accepted and returned to you. 

2. If the item is sold out, we will refund you for the amount of the item or you can request store credit.  Store credit does not expire and can not be transferred to anyone other than the original purchaser.

3. Any item that was sent in our error, but has signs of being worn, damaged, stains, tags removed, smell of perfume and or smoke will not be authorized for a return. If the item was returned with any of the above mentioned issues, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. The customer will also be charged for reshipping the item back to them at their expense.

4. Store credits are nontransferable and only issued to the original purchaser.

5. Any order that was returned back to us, refused store pick up, or requesting cancellations for any reason (if granted cancellation)  will result in a restocking fee of $10 or 20% whichever is greater of the total. Shipping costs are nonrefundable under any circumstances. 

6.All orders are recorded beginning at inspection to include packaging with no stops or pausing in filming. Fraudulent claims  will be prosecuted in civil court in the State of New Jersey.



1. Orders will be processed and mailed within 24-48 business hours if not sooner. All orders are mailed during Monday-Friday only. 

2. Customers may select which shipping carrier they desire. We ship through UPS ground, USPS standard and or USPS Priority.  All packages will receive a tracking number and will be insured up to $100. For additional insurance please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

3. Orders over $100 may require a signature for delivery or may be held at the post office. Please contact us with any concerns prior to placing a high dollar order.

4. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Please contact your local post office or UPS facility with your tracking number for missing orders.  Once your item leaves our warehouse, all responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

5. All store credits will be issued within 48 hours upon delivery, please check your email.

6. In the event you have a free shipping coupon, your items may be mailed via Ground Advantage and or Priority Mail. It is our discretion on which method we use for FREE SHIPPING COUPONS.  

7. We ship worldwide. All international orders, please allow up to 72 business hours prior to shipping to confirm billing and shipping information.

8. No price adjustments on prior purchases.

9. All swimwear, makeup, jewelry and hats are nonrefundable due to sanitary reasons. Those items will be inspected prior to shipping to ensure suitability.

10. Buy purchasing items from Foxy And Beautiful website, you agree that no refunds will be given and all sales are final.

11. All orders placed online and if in store pick up has been selected, the customer has 7 calendar days to pick up the item. A picture ID is required by the purchaser. Any orders not picked up on calendar day 8, the item will be returned to the stock and the customer will receive store credit only. No refunds.
